Since 1994, EAGLE has served companies across the globe by providing second and third-party audits of their quality, environmental, health and safety, or food safety management systems. We are an accredited certification body that delivers objective, impartial audits with high integrity, exceptional service and great care. Our mission is to help our clients grow, improve and achieve their goals through a seamless, value-added auditing process.

We work with various industries across multiple sectors, and conduct audits for 19 different certification standards.

Our History

1994

EAGLE Certification Group is founded

EAGLE Registrations Inc founded in 1994 by Chris and Bev Shillito, focusing on management system third-party registration and assessment services audits in the Quality, Automotive and Aerospace to various national and international standards.

1999

EAGLE moves to Dayton

EAGLE moved to Schantz Avenue in Dayton from its original location. Also, in 1999, performed its first 14001 audit.

2001

EAGLE is world-renowned in customer satifaction

Quality Digest magazine rated EAGLE as the world’s top registrar in a comprehensive customer satisfaction survey. The Dayton, Ohio-based company outdistanced 58 other competitors in each of the survey’s six categories: customer loyalty, consistent interpretation, value-added service, auditor interpersonal relations, administration and communication. Support for AS 9100 was also added in 2001.

2004

EAGLE moves to Kettering Tower

EAGLE moved their offices to the 4^th floor of The Kettering Tower in downtown Dayton. Since then all offices have been in the downtown region of Dayton.

2005

Skip Greenway named President

Skip Greenaway became the president of EAGLE Registrations and EAGLE hosted the first Boot Camp, EAGLE’s annual auditor training event.

2006

EAGLE moves up

EAGLE moved from the 4th floor of the Kettering Tower to the 24th floor into a larger office space.

2008

EAGLE Food Registrations is founded

EAGLE Food Registrations was founded to provide food safety audits. EAGLE also joined the Independent Association of Accredited Registrars (IAAR).

2009

EAGLE performs SQF audits

EAGLE performed its first SQF food safety audit.

2010

EAGLE becomes a Certified WBENC

EAGLE Registrations and EAGLE Food Registrations became Certified Women Owned Businesses (WBENC) a distinction the companies maintain to this day.

2011

EAGLE moves to Firefly building in downtown Dayton

EAGLE moved out of the Kettering Tower to another location in downtown Dayton, the Firefly building.

2011

EAGLE named SQF CB of the Year

EAGLE Named SQF CB of the year and again won the award in 2012.

2014

EAGLE Certification Group is created

EAGLE Certification Group was created for marketing purposes of the two companies; EAGLE Registrations and EAGLE Food Registration.

2016

EAGLE returns to Kettering Tower

EAGLE returned to the Kettering tower, this time to their largest office yet on the 18^th floor.

2019

Brad Shillito becomes President

Brad Shillito became the President of EAGLE and EAGLE joined the IQNET Association.
