Skip brings more than 35 years of ownership, leadership and business management experience to EAGLE. He led the first meat manufacturer in the United States to ISO 9002 certification in 1996. Skip embraces ISO as a management tool and shares his knowledge through speaking engagements and serving on industry-related committees and boards. He holds an M.S. from Purdue University in Industrial Administration and a B.S. from Westminster College in Business Administration.
Brad joined EAGLE in 2008, but has been involved with the business since his parents, Chris and Bev Shillito, founded the company in 1994. He began his career at EAGLE by implementing the Customer Relationship Management system and has always seen the value a strong system can provide. He is an advocate for a dynamic and consistently understood culture and the importance it plays to the success of any organization. Brad holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University in Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering.
In 2007, Bryant joined EAGLE and has worked in several capacities gaining a well-grounded understanding of the industries we serve and our services. For four years, as ISO 9001 certification manager, Bryant managed the entire certification process for EAGLE clients and auditors. In 2014, he became a member of EAGLE’s management team directing the functions of marketing, event management and activities of the business development team. Bryant’s role changed in 2018 to focus on the businesses finances and he is now the Chief Analytics & Risk Officer.
Chris offers 30+ years of experience as an accredited auditor and trainer. He provides technical leadership and oversight management in the planning, scheduling, auditing and administration of EAGLE’s certification process. He has over 15 years of experience as a Senior Electronics Engineer with DSCC/DESC. Chris holds a B.S. from the University of Dayton in Electronics Engineering and is a certified lead assessor.
Melody is a visionary leader in the food safety and quality industry, and brings a wealth of industry experience including GFSI CPO, manufacturing, retail, and testing laboratories. She has held impactful roles at organizations such as Beyond Meat, SQFI, Lidl US, and StarKist. Prior to joining EAGLE in 2025, Melody served as the Sr. Director of Food Safety and Quality Operations at TreeHouse Foods.
Melody actively contributes to the industry through service on multiple advisory committees and technical working groups. She holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition, certification in Data Science, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Jessica began her career with EAGLE in 2004 with several years of experience in the manufacturing, service and the agriculture industry. She has served in many roles and departments within EAGLE, including auditor for ISO 14001. Her wide view and experience helps bring a holistic approach to our strategies and processes. In her role as Chief Program Officer, Jessica is responsible for investigation and implementation of new programs and products. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science & Geology from the University of Dayton and an A.A.S. in Industrial Engineering Technology. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her son Wiley, traveling, tending to her plants and learning new things.
Kelly joined EAGLE in 2007, bringing a strong background in manufacturing for Aerospace and Defense OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. As Chief Certification Officer, she leads EAGLE’s Accreditation strategy and oversees the integrity of the entire Certification Process. A seasoned Aerospace Auditor and respected technical expert, Kelly holds final review and veto authority across multiple programs, ensuring consistency, competency, and alignment with evolving standards.
Lindsey joined EAGLE in 2010 and has been a driving force behind the development and advancement of the organization’s food safety management systems. As the leader of EAGLE’s Food Client Services Team, She drives alignment with industry changes and reinforces EAGLE’s commitment to client-first values and operational excellence.
Ms. Stafford holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Development from Wright State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Food Safety at Michigan State University. She maintains technical approval for multiple certification schemes, including SQF, FSSC 22000, PrimusGFS, BRCGS for Food and Packaging, and ISO 9001.
Chuck joined EAGLE as the Director of Business Development in 2023 and brings over 30 years of leadership and management experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification Industry. Chuck has served on many industry-related committees and boards and has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo.
Janet joined EAGLE in 2024. She brings 20 years of progressive Human Resource management experience and has a passion for shaping and implementing human resources strategies that foster employee performance and a positive work culture. She is a graduate of Wright State University with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and a Minor in Communications. Janet will partner with the Management Team to help balance business goals with employee needs.
April joined EAGLE in 2016 with 12 years of customer service and management experience. She holds a degree in Liberal Arts and Science from Sinclair Community College. April has served EAGLE’s AS 9100 clients in her time here and now champions the AS 9100 and ISO 9001 programs. She continues to grow in her knowledge of other 17021 standards to support our client services team.
Matt joined EAGLE in 2013 as the database administrator. Throughout the years, he has expanded his role to IT Director and currently oversees all aspects of technology for the organization. He has over 10 years of hands-on industry experience and holds degrees in Network Engineering and Secure Systems Administration, as well as certifications for Network+ and Security+, and PowerBi.
